General Information :	CSCN coordinates access to services and supports for adults with a developmental disability and for children and adolescents with complex needs that may require service from more than one service provider. CSCN does not provide direct service. Our role is to link individuals and families to appropriate services and supports in their community. Participation in the CSCN process is required for children and adults with a developmental disability who are pursuing accommodation supports and for children and adults seeking admission to a residential based treatment program.
