Assistive Devices Program (ADP)

Assistive Devices Program (ADP) is funded by the Ministry of Health.

The objective of ADP is to provide consumer centrered support and funding to Ontario residents who have long-term physical disabilities and to provide access to personalized assistive devices appropriate for the individual's basic needs.

Eligibility:        Ontario residents of all ages who have a physical disability of six months or longer and a valid health card may be eligible for services
