Are you a family looking to access the CHAP Program?
If you are a family receiving Special Services At Home (SSAH) funding please call your coordinator for more information about the CHAP program and using your funds more flexibly. For a limited time SSAH coordinators will be able to assist SSAH families by inputting their application information onto the CHAP program. Click HERE for SSAH Coordinator contact information

Spotlight On Transition
On July 4th 2011, the province of Ontario introduced Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) a centralized access and assessment point for Adult Developmental services. Individuals 18 years and older must be registered with DSO to be eligible for Adult services in Ontario.
