Description of Individual : Logan is a very social and active guy who loves people and gross motor activities. He needs support with ADL's, and looks to the outside world to entertain him. He is very loving, has an infectious smile, and loves attention. He has a moderate bilateral hearing loss, and uses signs, pecs, and gestures, plus a few words to get his needs met.
Worker's Role : To support Logan at home with ADL's and take Logan out to participate in the community. Logan participates in a special needs trampoline class on Sunday mornings, and enjoys swimming, movies, bowling, etc.
Will be hiring a team of respite workers to cover all shifts.

Family lives in Bradford. His teacher and EA’s say they love supporting him. He needs assistance with some communication, some sensory breaks and reminders/prompts to use the washroom.

Our daughter loves to chat once she trusts someone, most of the time is happy. She does take time to trust. Loves to go to the beach.
Worker's Role : Go with our daughter into the community taking the bus to some places with her and get some small tasks done like groceries etc. Regular day to day chores that come with living on own. Cleaning up after making meal for themselves. Make sure all is ok with daughter while parents are not home.
