This site provides information on the respite programs and services offered by developmental services agencies in the Region of Waterloo. To explore respite programs, events and information, please click on the links at left to our Community Respite Partners and Respite Options.

	Referral to respite programs and services in Waterloo Region is accessed through the Developmental Services Resource Centre - Waterloo Region. If you have a Service Coordinator through DSRC, please contact them for more information regarding respite options. If you do not have a Service Coordinator or have never been connected with DSRC, please call our office at 519-741-1121 for more information.
If you are a family receiving or eligible for Special Services At Home (SSAH) funding and are looking to connect with an independent respite worker through the CHAP (Community Helpers for Active Participation) Program, please click here for more information and the online family registration form or contact the CHAP Coordinator by phone at (519) 741 0190 ext. 289.
