Description of Individual :
Very sweet 5-year-old boy who loves playing and exploring new things. He is diagnosed with Cortical Visual Impairment and developmental delay. He is g-tube fed and relies on a manual wheelchair for mobility. Further details will be provided to those who respond to this ad.
Worker's Role :
Respite support is needed for 1- 1.5 hours in the morning on weekdays before school to get him ready and on the bus to school as both parents leave for work in the morning. Duties include feeding through g-tube, giving medications, dressing, changing, and putting him on Parabus. Some lifting required for this morning routine.
