What is respite?
Respite is an occasional and temporary service providing support to families caring for a family member with autism, a developmental and/or physical disability. Respite creates greater opportunities for all family members to build an ordinary life.

COMMUNITY HELPERS FOR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION (CHAP)
SUPPORT WORKER PROGRAM
The CHAP Program facilitates the connection of people with disabilities and registered Support Workers through a Family Registry and Worker Database.  Please complete a Family Registration Form to connect with a CHAP Support Worker.  If you are interested in becoming a CHAP Support Worker , please complete a Worker Registration and upload your resume.
