General Information :	Special Services at Home Program: Program funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Program provides ongoing respite to eligible individuals at their home or in their community.
Eligibility :	Ministry reviews eligibility using diagnostic informaiton provided. Children (18 and under) with a developmental or physical disability or adults with a developmental disability may qualify for SSAH program.
