General Information :	Persons will recieve respite at an approved family home (foster care situation).All family home providers are required to provide criminal record checks; personal references and a doctor's reference to be accepted into Pathways family home program. On occasion there may be the ability for a person to have respite in one of our 24 hours/day to provide assistance with personal care, meals, mobility and behaviours. Qualified staff is also available to go into the homes of the individual and provide in home respite as required.
Eligibility :	The person requires a diagnosis of developmental disability, acquired brain injury or a dual diagnosis of developmental disability or acquired brain injury and mental illness
