General Information :	North Perth Community Hospice provides a network of volunteers and professionals supporting individuals and families faced with life threatening illness, death and bereavement. Hospice services are provided in the home, hospital, long-term care facility or the office by volunteers or the coordinator.
Eligibility :	Anyone who is diagnosed with a life threatening or terminal illness, or who is grieving the loss of a family member or friend.
