General Information :	Youth Quest provides social, cultural and recreational participation to youth ages 14 - 17, young adults 18 - 21 (cost associated with this initiative), Momentum 22-25 similar to Youth Quest (cost associated with this initiative) THE ZONE 9-17 years of age Evening social skill initiative for children with a diagnosis of Autism. TEEN SCENE A monthly social get-together for teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17 and identified with autism spectrum disorder. Teenagers requiring additional support are welcome but require a support worker. Also provides respite support to children ages 0-17 that are deemed Medically Fragile/Technology Dependent.
Eligibility :	Developmental disabilities and reside at home with parents or guardians in Brampton and Caledon Please note anyone 18 and over must contact the Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) at 1-888-941-1121 to confirm eligibility.
