Event Description :
This Foundational Family Service (FFS) is geared towards parents and caregivers of teenagers aged 13-17, registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), interested in becoming familiar with transition planning to adulthood. Discussion topics include: building independent-living skills, planning for future pathways, and navigating adult services in Ontario.
