Living Life to the Full (LLTF) is a national flagship program of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). This program is open to caregivers of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program is a fun, group-based, mental health promotion course which encourages people to learn to thrive in life.
In eight weekly, 90-minute sessions, this program teaches people how to make helpful changes in their lives. Participants are taught how to deal with their feelings when fed-up, worried or hopeless, and learn skills to help them tackle life’s problems.
Important Information :
There is no cost to participate. *Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all Living Life to the Full program sessions will be conducted virtually via zoom, a secure and encrypted videoconferencing platform. The following access will be required to participate: - Tablet or Computer - An internet connection - Speakers and a microphone - A webcam Please register on the website.
