Here are some important points to remember:
- Before becoming active in the CHAP Program you must attend an information session.
- Respite Providers are NOT therapists and should not be providing direct therapy for families/individuals.
- Keep your profile up to date as your schedule changes. The database is always evolving as we recruit new providers and families regularly.
- Updates may be requested at scheduled times in order to ensure our database is accurately reflecting provider's current availability and contact information. Profiles that are not updated by scheduled dates will be made inactive until they are updated.
