Children 0-18 years of age who are medically fragile and/or technologically dependent.
Referrals for Wellington residents are made by calling Access Information & Referral for Developmental Services at 519-824-4015 or 1-877-216-1116. Parents are welcome to contact us directly.
Children who live in the Peel, Halton, Waterloo, Wellington and Dufferin areas.
