Please note that for the purposes of this website any reference to “CHAP Support Providers” refers to a Respite Service Provider. The CHAP Program facilitates the connection of individuals with disabilities and CHAP Support Providers through a Family Registry and Support Provider Database. We also provide information on community respite services and upcoming workshops/events. CHAP Providers support families directly and are not employees of the CHAP program.
