General Information :	Provide case management services for people with developmental disabilities to help them achieve personal goals for living, working and learning in their chosen environment. Host to a variety of programs and supports in partnership with service providers in the developmental services sector. Functions as the access mechanism for the developmental services sector. It is the host agency for York Region branch of respiteservices.com and provides information, referrals and assistance to families in exploring respite options.
Eligibility :	Children who have a developmental disability or a physical disability, and adults who have a developmental disability deemed eligible through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO).
