Mary Centre recognizes the challenges families face when caring for an adult with a developmental disability. The Respite Care Program offers Individuals and their families unique choices in level of support. The program is designed to focus on: Strengths and needs of the entire family Must be meaningful for both the Individual and the family. Out of Home Respite –St. Bernard’s St. Bernard’s Residential Respite Site provides 24 hours of out of home respite care 7 days a week. St. Bernard’s provides 6 beds to the community . Respite stays must be pre booked to accommodate everyone’s needs $45.00 per 24 hours ( sliding fee scale for 1:1 support ) -Note this program is not wheelchair accessible |
