Admission Criteria :

adults 18 years plus with a developmental disability.
Referral to Mary Centre's out of home respite program may be made by filling out an application form. Forms are available from Tracey Berman, Respite Care & Intake Manager , 416-630-5533 ext 222.
To arrange for respite dates and times you must contact Tracey Berman. Please note that space is limited and acceptance for specific respite depends on availability of beds.
