Admission Criteria : The Recreation & Culture Department encourages and supports the participation of individuals with disabilities in all programs and services. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to participate in diverse recreational opportunities within their
community, at a level of participation suitable to their ability and program choice. To facilitate opportunities for persons with and without disabilities to engage in leisure pursuits
together, we provide inclusion support. If a participant requires support to participate in a program, a caregiver or a volunteer is admitted to the program at no charge. Some programs are
offered specifically for children and adults with special needs.
