24/7 respite care for young adults/adults/senior adults with disabilities who require residential care assistance and/or nursing care and treatment.
Wheel Chair accessible

Comments :

Care Practices:
Ensure all residents have an equal, friendly homelike atmosphere.
Provide detailed assessment of a resident's needs and personalized
care plan and ongoing assessment and adjustment to care plan.
Encourage and support physical fitness and healthy diet practices.
Encourage engagement in creative and recreational activities while also
providing opportunities for personal growth and development.
Encourage staff to establish a rapport with residents while at all times
remaining sensitive to the background of individual residents.
Ensure regular organised meetings between residents and staff.
Ensure that staff work routine are consistent as planned group activities
and individual attention.
Ensure the Health & Safety of all residents at all times.
Maintain highest possible standards of Care Practice consistent with
persons with developmental disabilities Act and QAM Regulation
299/10
Supporting Services:
24/7 respite care; meal services;transportation services;Home repair
and maintenance services; Friendly visiting services; frequent safety
checks or reassurance services;social/recreational support services;
up to two persons assisted personal care service; nursing care and
treatment services etc.
