She is autistic and has a developmental delay. She has a heart of gold in is humorous.

Julia is bussed home at 2:20pm and care would be needed until mom and Dad get home at approximately 4:45 or 5:00pm.

Description of Individual : We are looking for an energetic caregiver that enrich the life of our 16 year old daughter. E. has a development disability but is high functioning. She would benefit from someone that can relate to the challenges of a 16 year girl and likes to participate in crafts, art, homework, walks, and lots of talking.
Worker's Role : The main role will be to provide supervision and stimulation for E. while the parents are working and occasionally when the parents want to go out for a walk. E. has epilepsy but has been seizure free while on her medication. The respite worker should be familiar with basic first aid and know when to call 911.
